Free.fi Social Media Ad

I had a chance to create a social media ad for Free.fi, an invoicing service targeted at young, light entrepreneurs. They wanted to communicate the basic concept of what their company does and gave me a lot of creative freedom and space to explore with the main limitation being a very short
time-frame.

I particularly liked their branding it had a strong colour choice and a sense of fun to it. I wanted to lean into this off beat appeal as I thought it would distinguish them from other companies in this space. I went with a collage/stop-motion like style and simple yet fun layouts. I started with hand sketches and quickly moved on to vector and raster graphics to perfect the layout. The animation was done in Fusion in Davinci Resolve. The video was designed for Facebook and Instagram in a square format.
